Programme at the Kontula-aukio square:
9–11 Maria Baric Company: a programme aimed at children, young people and immigrants, including giant puppets, workshops and performances.
12–13 Kontula’s D station will be serving coffee, juice & light snacks and talking about its activities.
12–18 KAS – Kontula Art School: street art guided by instructors.
15–17 Marjaana Jaranne, Borough Liaison at the City of Helsinki, will describe the winning OmaStadi projects in Eastern Helsinki.
Experts from the City of Helsinki will be present to talk to residents about issues related to the planning and construction of Mellunkylä.
Geography researchers at the University of Helsinki report on the results of the Kontula resident panel survey.
