Roska-Roope will collect floating litter in Hietaranta
Event Introduction
Keep the Archipelago Tidy Association’s smallest vessel, Roska-Roope, will clean waterways on Helsinki Day. The solar-powered aluminium boat will collect floating litter into its collection cage. The aim is to invite debate about littering waterways and the harm it causes. Keep the Archipelago Tidy Association would like to remind people that litter must never go into waterways, and everyone must act responsibly.
