Experience dance not as performance, but as connection, expression, and play. In this welcoming one-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through simple and creative movement games inspired by the expressive arts. Together, we’ll explore how the body can speak, listen, and respond — through rhythm, gesture, and group interaction.
Welcome adults, teens, and children 5+. No previous dance experience is needed.
Note: If it rains, we will change the venue to Globe Art Point (Malminkatu 5, 00100 Helsinki).
