Event Introduction

Join us for a concert by the Kenkävaahto choir. The songs will cover neighbourhoods and parks of Helsinki, from the shores of the Kaivopuisto park to the potato fields in Viikki. The concert will feature songs about Helsinki, including Tuomari Nurmio’s Sunnuntaina, Maija Vilkkumaa’s Puisto puhuu and M. A. Numminen’s children’s song classic Raitiovaunu. The concert will start at 18:00 in the Falkman courtyard of the City Museum and will last for about half an hour. The whole family will enjoy this concert!
