Event Introduction
The evening’s program is based on the evening events held from the 1940s through the 1970s. The program begins with a musical tableau and concludes with dancing. The various scenes of the tableau, which spans from the 1920s to the present day, are tied together by music, with the “Emma Waltz” serving as the central theme. Each scene is accompanied by another hit song from that decade. The program also includes group singing. The evening concludes with dancing, accompanied by the Merry Ladies vocal ensemble and the Olohuoneorkesteri.
