LYHÄRIT – short-play theatre festival
Event Introduction
Helsinki Student Theatre is hosting its traditional Lyhärit festival as part of its YT100 programme on 12 and 13 June 2026.
Founded by Juha Hurme in 1995, Lyhärit is Helsinki Student Theatre’s short-play theatre festival, which was originally an annual event but has become a rarer treat in later years. This year’s Lyhärit is the 25th event of its kind. Lyhärit features performances ranging from 20 seconds to 20 minutes in length.
