Helsinki Day at Tamminiemi: Design Tour and Open House
Event Introduction
The special Design Tour at 13:00 introduces the design objects owned by Urho and Sylvi Kekkonen. In honor of Helsinki Day, admission to the museum and the guided tour is free of charge.
Urho and Sylvi Kekkonen highly appreciated Finnish design, which is clearly visible in Tamminiemi. The villa is filled with works by the most prominent Finnish designers and artists, especially from the 1970s.
