The event has an accessible toilet.
The accessible entrance to the museum is located on the Korkeavuorenkatu side. This entrance is equipped with a ramp, a handrail, and an automatic door opener. The door is situated on a gentle slope. The main entrance to the museum is on Ludviginkatu, which has several steps and no handrail.
The museum premises are accessible. The exhibitions are spread across two floors: the 1st floor and the Printing Cellar (Painokellari). The Printing Cellar is located on floor -1, which can be reached via a spiral staircase or by using the accessible elevator.
The information desk, cloakrooms, and restrooms are located on the 1st floor. All restrooms in the museum are gender-neutral. One of the three restrooms is fully accessible. Our staff is happy to assist visually impaired visitors. Guide dogs, assistance dogs (and all other dogs as well) are welcome in the museum.
