Recuerdos del Sur – music from Spain and Latin America
Event Introduction
The programme will feature classic Spanish pieces, such as M. de Falla’s Canciones populaires and Federico García Lorca’s Canciones Antiguas, as well as some gems of Latin American music, Argentine tango and Brazilian rhythms.
The music will channel the carefree spirit of Latin America and southern life and transport the audience to the warmth of Andalusia, embracing them with the rhythms of flamenco, tango and bossa nova.
