Try out Sahaja Yoga meditation and enjoy live music! Guided meditation will begin at 18:00 and 19:00. Music, performed by Eero Heinonen and Kiureli Sammallahti, will put you into a meditative mood. The venue is Helsinki Sahaja Yoga Centre, located at Salomonkatu 19, near Kamppi Metro Station. Welcome!
