Instruction into the Paloheinä fitness stairs

Event Introduction

As the name suggest, fitness stairs are great for improving your fitness. You particularly work the large muscles of the lower body when ascending the stairs. You train your glutes and quads while also working your respiratory system and improving your oxygen uptake.

On Helsinki Day, a physical education instructor is present for four hours, introducing the secrets of stair training.

Come train on Helsinki Day and enjoy the good feeling you get from exercise!

    Outdoor gym equipment at the bottom and top of the stairs. At the bottom, there is equipment for the bench press, squat, lateral row and push-up. There is an accessible five-log system at the top of the hill.
